Cosmesi naturale, giro d’affari 400 mln

Una crema anticellulite con ananas e caffe’, un filler per il viso con estratti di nocciola e per gli uomini emulsioni per la barba con estratto di mirto. La cosmesi naturale non fa discriminazioni ne’ di genere, ne’ di canale di vendita, anzi, nelle erboristerie tradizionali questi prodotti producono un giro d’affari che sfiora i 400 milioni di euro.

Il mercato dei cosmetici di derivazione naturale non sente la crisi. Nel 2011 ha registrato una crescita del 2,5% e gli aumenti piu’ interessati sono arrivati dalle erboristerie monomarca.

Il segmento e’ anche molto dinamico considerando che il 35% dei punti vendita e’ stato aperto negli ultimi 10 anni. Il fenomeno e’ piu’ marcato al Nord e nei negozi monomarca, soprattutto in quelli localizzati nei centri commerciali.

Per questi negozi, i cosmetici sono cruciali per il fatturato, rappresentano il 35% del giro d’affari, seguono gli integratori e le erbe, (27% e 26%) ma sono i negozi con una piu’ alta incidenza di cosmetici ad avere i piu’ alti tassi di crescita.

Analizzando il rapporto con i clienti delle erboristerie, comparto in cui lavorano 10 mila addetti, e’ emerso che oltre il 50% frequenta il negozio almeno una volta al mese, segno di un rapporto fidelizzato
